How long does it take for me to receive my order?
All of our products are made to order – we don’t stock them – and they will ship out after our production period of 4-8 business days. All orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before midnight will be included in the following day’s batch for manufacturing. Our crafting period allows us to provide consistency and quality to all of our products. All orders go through a quality check to make sure it's created correctly and then it is shipped, in the case the quality check fails the item or order will be resent back to production again. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

I only received some of my items. Where’s the rest of my order?
If your order contains multiple items, it might have multiple shipment. We’ll send you an email confirming each additional shipment. If in doubt, feel free to contact us at info@doggydripshop.com and we can help you check your order status.
How do I change my shipping address?
We can make modifications to your shipping address within the 24 hours of placing your order. If you want to make any changes, please email us at info@doggydripshop.com and we will try to process your request as quickly as possible
How do I cancel my order?
We begin processing your order immediately. If you need to cancel your order, you can email us at info@doggydripshop.com within 1 hour of placing your order so we can try cancelling it for you. We will make every effort to honor your cancellation request! If your order has already entered the production process; unfortunately, we are unable to grant your cancellation request.
How can I request a refund?
Note: We don’t process refunds for custom items due to their custom nature. However, if the issue is our fault, we are more than willing to process a remake. Feel free to contact us if you want to know more about our refund policy.
What are your shipping rates?
Domestic – Shipping within the US (Exclude: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam)
Standard – $5.95 (FREE on all orders over $75)
Delivery: 4-14 business days + Production Time
International – Shipping outside of the US
Standard – $9.95 (FREE on all orders over $75)
Delivery: 5-20 days + Production Time
Expedited and Premium International options are currently only available to the following countries:
USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands, Australia, Belgium, New Zealand, Italy.
Shipping cost will vary based on location, will be calculated at checkout.

What payment options do you offer?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit cards. Payments can also be made with Google Pay and Apple Pay.
How can I find the right size for my dog?
We recognize that every pup is different and has a unique size. That is why on all of our products we have a size guide where you can find the perfect size for your pup!
